Jason Wright

Jason is a Partner at GJS Property, specialising in office and business space across Metropolitan Sydney.

He works in partnership with clients across the public and private sectors, including development groups, government bodies, financial institutions, private owners, and property trusts. Jason's approach is grounded in understanding each client's objectives and delivering clear, considered property advice across asset sales, leasing, acquisitions, and repositioning strategies.

With extensive experience in the Macquarie Park, Rhodes, Sydney Olympic Park, and Parramatta markets, Jason has been involved in a wide range of successful leasing transactions and investment and development sales. He supports organisations of all sizes by providing practical, market-informed solutions that enable businesses to operate efficiently and plan with confidence.

Jason co-founded GJS Property with Gordon Fallance in 2005, following senior roles held by both at Knight Frank. For 21+ years, Jason and the GJS team have built the business on long-term relationships, integrity, and a commitment to exceeding our client's objectives.

When not at GJS, Jason enjoys spending time with his family on their farm in the southern highlands.
