Gordon Fallance

Gordon is a founding partner of GJS Property and is based at our Sydney Olympic Park office.

His experience and expertise have been achieved by dealing with property predominantly around Sydney's Central and Western precincts. He has been extremely successful and carries a good reputation amongst his clients and peers.

Gordon has established strong relationships with both private and public development companies and major institutional groups throughout Sydney. He carries a large client pool including some of Australia's major producers and logistics operators. Gordon has worked exclusively for major institutional clients in coordinating leasing and exit strategies in some of the area's finest estates.

Gordon specialises in working with corporate tenants in assessing their needs and assisting them in securing new or additional premises as well as the sale of Industrial investments and facilities for owner occupation. Prior to GJS Gordon spent 10 years with Knight Frank.

Gordon is married with 3 children, he enjoys spending time with family and friends whilst trying to stay fit, playing golf and supporting the Bulldogs which isn't easy to do.
