Chris Bailey

Chris is a Partner at GJS Property, specialising in sales and leasing across Metropolitan Sydney. With more than 15 years' experience in the property industry, he brings deep market knowledge across the Lower North Shore, Macquarie Park / North Ryde precinct, and the Sydney Olympic Park / Rhodes region.

Throughout his career, Chris has built a strong reputation for delivering strategic, client-focused outcomes, underpinned by a personalised and results-driven approach. He has successfully partnered with a broad range of institutional and corporate owners, including Goodman, Dexus, Growthpoint, FDC, Mapletree, ISPT, Charter Hall, LBD, Stockland, GPT and AMP, delivering leasing solutions across their commercial portfolios.

Chris has also worked exclusively with major corporate occupiers such as Fox Sports, Luxottica and Datacom, providing tailored advisory services to secure high-quality workplace environments aligned with their operational and cultural objectives.

Prior to entering the property industry, Chris enjoyed a distinguished professional tennis career spanning nine years, representing Great Britain in both Davis Cup and European Cup competitions. Following his retirement in 1995, he spent 12 years as a commentator for the BBC and a presenter for Sky Sports' tennis coverage.

Outside of work, Chris remains an active sports enthusiast and enjoys playing doubles tennis and golf.
